Welcome to Aktivaal. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
By subscribing to our newsletter/registering to be notified you are authorising us to send you communications. If you wish to unsubscribe, please either click the ‘unsubscribe’ option in the footer of the communication or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Offers cannot be combined with any other codes, promotions or discounts unless otherwise advertised. Limit one coupon per customer per transaction only. Offer applies to pre-tax products only (excluding shipping charges).
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Aktivaal reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion and without notice.
Orders are shipped via courier. Postage and handling cost is $20. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to the size of the product. Once item/s have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive your delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our shipping partners will leave a card for re-delivery. In certain cases a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect items.
EXCHANGES, CREDIT NOTES & REFUNDS
Please note we cannot exchange you the purchase of an alternative product. If you need to exchange for another product, you will need to place a new order and return your initial order for refund.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, email us at email@example.com and let us know the name of the box purchased and the name of the alternative box you wish to purchase. We will then send you return instructions and hold that box for a period of ten days while we await the return of your purchase. Once received, your new item will be sent out to you. Boxes for exchange must be returned within 14 business days.
Return for credit
Credit notes are available for up to 365 days of purchase at full price. Credit notes are available for up to 90 days of purchase for sale/promotional items. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org advising you would like a credit voucher. We will then send you return instructions and your credit note will be processed on receiving your return.
Refunds are available within 90 days of purchase. Post is not reimbursed when choosing a refund. Email us at email@example.com advising you would like a refund. We will then send you return instructions and your refund will be processed on receiving your return. All returns must be in original order.
We do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is in perfect condition. If you receive an items from us you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Aktivaal is not liable for the loss of an item being returned so we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
